Unity co-founder Charles Fillmore wrote, “The highest form of prayer is the affirmation of truth.” Are you willing to take this quotation to its extreme? Does God love to pray? And so we pray—affirmatively—not reaching outward for something to fix what is before us but remembering that we already have access to an unlimited well of divine power and inner resource. Through this awareness, we are guided toward the highest and best outcome. There's nothing too difficult for God. Anything and everything is easy for God.

Whatever we may face, prayer nurtures both body and mind. It soothes the nervous system, slows the breath, and invites us into stillness. In prayer, something shifts: clarity arises, faith deepens, focus returns. We behold peace, harmony, healing, and wholeness—first in the mind’s eye, then in the outer world.

Effective action flows from the consciousness we hold. As our awareness aligns with TRUTH, we are guided and inspired to act. We shift our consciousness using spiritual principles known for thousands of years across the world’s great religions.

These principles offer a simple, powerful checklist for aligning with the Divine before we decide what, when, where, how, or why to act.

God is all there is—present everywhere.

There is no situation or circumstance where God is absent. Even when outer events appear anything but godly, the Presence within us remains. Prayer and meditation renew our unbreakable connection with God and restore our awareness of oneness with the flow of the universe.

Human beings are one with God and are inherently good.

This truth stands even when behavior seems to contradict it. One of our greatest spiritual practices is remembering and acknowledging the divine in every person we encounter.

Our thoughts and feelings have the power to shape our experience.

What we hold in mind tends to manifest. We often receive what we expect—consciously or subconsciously. Our thoughts and feelings influence not only what happens, but how we experience what happens.

It is not enough to know these principles; we must live them. This is the Truth we embody. When we wholeheartedly practice these principles, we know what to do and when to do it. Sometimes this means outward action; at other times it means silence—stepping back, letting go, or surrendering an outcome.

God does love to pray. Know that God is in you and you pray. God in me.
