Breath extra precisely.
Build your character.
Buy organic.
Check if the “tide” is going in or out.
Choose healthful wholeness.

Communicate with someone.
Compose an environmental commandment of your own.
Delete something.
Delete something else.
Discover something interesting.

Don't fester.
Don’t complain.
Don’t worry, you are not overwhelmed.
Drink more water; learn when to include a little sea salt.
